About the Film
Designed by Preeti is a romantic drama about a woman’s journey from spouse abuse to personal and professional empowerment as she experiences real love for the first time with someone outside her rigid community. Battling ageism and sexism, Preeti courageously starts her dress design business while working to heal the strained bond with her daughter. She meets Jackson, the kind-hearted restaurant and bar owner. Preeti faces ridicule and exclusion from her community for defying her husband's abuse and for her friendship with Jackson. She realizes that freedom has consequences.
