Liberating Strategies LLC is a prophetic, justice-centered consulting firm founded by Rev. Jason Carson Wilson. We partner with faith communities, nonprofits, public institutions, and movement leaders to move beyond performative diversity and into measurable liberation. Grounded in Black liberation theology, queer justice, and intersectional analysis, we design strategic plans, equity audits, organizational policies, leadership trainings, and campaign blueprints that dismantle systemic harm and build sustainable change. Our work centers those most impacted—Black, queer, immigrant, and marginalized communities—while equipping institutions with clear goals, accountability frameworks, and operational tools. We combine pastoral clarity with executive precision, ensuring that values align with budgets, governance, communications, and culture. Liberation is not a slogan. It is the structure, policy, practice, and power redistributed intentionally.
