Format: Biweekly 90-minute sessions (12 total) with optional monthly peer cohort call. Ideal for pastors, priests, rabbis, chaplains, faith-based nonprofit leaders, and denominational staff. Outcome: institutional clarity, moral courage, strategic communication, and sustainable leadership. This coaching intensive adapts the REVISE framework — Reflect, Envision, Validate, Implement, Sustain, Establish — for faith leaders navigating political polarization, Christian nationalism, institutional risk, divided congregations, clergy burnout, and public theology leadership. Month 1 focuses on reflection: clarity before courage. Leaders conduct a leadership audit to identify where political messianism is surfacing, where avoidance is occurring, and what pressures they are facing. Exercises include institutional climate mapping and a personal leadership inventory.
