Bo Mehrad is a film editor. His credits include THE PUNK SINGER, a documentary about musician and feminist icon Kathleen Hanna and SIDEMEN: LONG ROAD TO GLORY a documentary about the lives of three of the original blues sidemen.
He has edited projects for PBS, HBO Max and Netflix and his work has screened at festivals around the globe.
Bo has served as a judge in the editing category for The News & Documentary Emmy Awards. He has been a panelist and presenter at Doc NYC, Big Sky Film Festival and served as an editing mentor for Film Independent’s DocLab.
Bo was born in Iran and educated in the U.K. He holds a B.A. in film from the California State University San Francisco.
