Krka falls with wine tasting

The trip starts from Split. It takes about an hour to get to the National Park. Along the way we are going to tell you some interesting facts about this region. Our first destination is Krka Waterfalls National Park, because we consider the Park to be the highlight of the tour and we want to avoid the crowd that is inevitable later on. There you will have a guided tour and some free time to enjoy the Park by yourselves. We will leave the park by boat. It is gonna be 30 minutes boat ride, with a nice panoramic view of canyon of river Krka, to little town of Skradin. Then we are up to wine tasting in a local winery that have been producing wine for over 300 years. There you will taste few types of quality local wines and a liqueur, along with some cheese, olive oil and bread. After the winery, we are heading back to Split, and are expected to be there around 5:30 pm. Hope you like the tour itinerary!!

Go back in time and walk with me in Diocletian's palace. Diocletian's Palace is one of the best preserved monuments of Roman architecture in the world. It is a combination of a luxury villa and a Roman military camp (castrum). This artistic ensemble is something not to be missed. We will take an exciting journey that begins on the bronze walkway map. Then we will access the substructures of the building where we will reveal many secrets. We will go to Diocletian's room where you can get in touch with the lifestyle of the Romans. Then, we will walk through the two main streets of Cardio and Decumanos which are the main streets of every Roman city. We will see the cathedral, the temple of Jupiter, four monumental gates, the statue of Gregorio de Knin, the Pjaca square and the fruit square. You will also see the Peristyle , the center of the palace used for religious reasons. I will also show you the green market and the fish market.
