John H. Brennan was born in Montreal, Quebec, is a dual citizen, and speaks fluent French. As an author, speaker, accomplished coach, facilitator, and corporate trainer, he has been entrusted to deliver countless programs on Customer Experience, Team Building, Core Values, Corporate Culture, and Leadership for multiple brands. His valuable experiences, best practices and lessons learned during his twenty years as a successful actor, in combination with the benefit of his twenty years of training from the millions of dollars in research and development that goes into these corporate programs, from leaders like Disney, Nordstrom’s and Ritz Carlton, have given John a unique insight into the importance of Emotional Intelligence.

John is a Certified Practitioner with GENOS International on Emotional Intelligence assessments and has taken Advanced Certification in elevating the Training Experience. He has travelled both nationally and internationally to coach and train on Emotional Intelligence and Customer Service. He is also a board member of the Los Angeles National Speakers Association, a Distinguished Toastmaster, and a Certified Positive Coaching Alliance coach.
