"A graceful balance of humor and heart" LOS ANGELES TIMES. Lou Del Bianco has been singing and telling stories for 37 years.
Lou Del Bianco has been an actor, singer and storyteller for the past 35 years. His children’s recordings have garnered 5 Parents Choice Awards and his one-man shows have been seen by thousands of school children and adults all over the country.
Lou’s latest passion is living history for all ages. His Abraham Lincoln program was endorsed by the Lincoln Bicentennial commission. “Out of Rushmore’s Shadow” is about Lou’s grandfather, Luigi. On September 16, 2017, after 25 years of struggle, Luigi was finally honored at Mount Rushmore for his role as chief carver. Lou’s book about his grandfather, entitled, “Out of Rushmore’s Shadow”, won a Readers Favorite award and CNN Historian Douglas Brinkley says it “turns orthodox history in its head.”
