Book me now for an event! I’m a cultural expert and origami instructor based in Tokyo. I share Japanese traditional culture through my events.

I can offer following sessions: - Origami and Japanese culture - Furoshiki, Japanese traditional gift wrapping - Overview on Japanese traditional culture. I have been interested in culture since I was little; I started Origami when I was 3 years old. I studied cultural heritage protection at graduate school where I completed Ph.D. After studying in Germany and doing an internship in Switzerland, I became once again fascinated by Japanese traditional culture and started some projects to share it in English. I gained experiences as an Origami instructor on Airbnb Experiences. I started offering Zoom workshops on the platform to exchange cultures in this difficult time. My program has acquired 4.98/5.0 rates since the launch in May 2020, having offered more than 400 sessions and hosted about 1200 guests. My policy is not just to teach skills but share the essence of Japanese traditional culture. I wish to be the one who people can reach out to, when they want to know more about Japan.
