Indie filmmaker and TV writer of genre entertainment (horror, crime, mystery)

Preston DeFrancis began his career in development at HBO. He has since worked as Executive Story Editor for the Lionsgate true crime limited series MANHUNT: DEADLY GAMES; an Associate Producer on MANHUNT: UNABOMBER; and a writer on the acclaimed crime drama QUARRY. Preston made his feature directorial debut with the elevated horror-thriller RUIN ME, which he co-wrote with Trysta A. Bissett. After a worldwide festival run, the film was purchased by premium genre streaming service Shudder.
