After growing up in an entrepreneurial family, I thought I had all the answers. I started my first business over 20 years ago and, after making just about every mistake in the book, found myself bankrupt in my late twenties. This challenging experience taught me a lot about life, business and failure. It was around this time that my older brother gave me the book *Traction* which teaches the Entrepreneurial Operating System® (EOS®). Shortly after implementing EOS in my second business I was blessed to experience my first successful exit. I then went on to exit my next two business ventures as well. I am passionate about EOS® because it helped me get a better handle on my priorities, achieve a sense of balance in the world and invest more time with the people and passions in my life that mattered the most. In 2015, I decided to help other business owners and leadership teams implement EOS® so they, too, could experience similar results.
