I have taken lead roles in major projects for Chocolat Michel Cluizel (which is one the 10th best chocolate maker in Paris), including the “how to taste Chocolate workshop” in Paris . I have also made appearances at The World Chocolate SHOW conference. I made both television and radio appearances in France.
Christmas holidays stand out the most to me; the reuniting of my huge family, all cooking together helping one another, and growing even more closer together.
