Omurice is a very popular Japanese dish in restaurants and in our homes. Thinly cooked egg that looks like a giant lemon wrapped around special tomato-rice. The most fun part is making the shape. I’ll show you a little trick to know it but once you know how to do it, it is so much fun to make this lemon shaped omurice. I still get excited even though I have made this dish hundreds of times.
