Neurodevelopmental disorders like autism (ASD), problems with attention (ADHD), anxiety (ANX) and mood disorders (MDD/BD), and schizophrenia (SCZ) are rampant in early life unlike neurodegenerative diseases like Alzheimer’s (AD) as well as other forms of dementia, which tend to emerge in middle age. We'll examine some of the reasons behind this.
