The event is co-sponsored by the Play is the Way Team and local bookstore, Tidal Pages. Participants will celebrate the ending of the week long celebration founded by the National Association of the Education of Young Children. Families will gather to celebrate The Week of the Young Child, with a Family Fun Friday event. Local educators will read a few stories, Tidal Pages will host a Pop-up store with a book mark activity, participants will enter a raffle to win a book, and light refreshments will be provided.
