How do you make honey syrup?

Honey Syrup Recipe: Pour boiling water over a heatproof container of honey and let rest for 15-20 minutes. Remove honey and add 20% hot water by weight (e.g., if you have 1000g of honey, add 200g water). Seal the container and gently turn until honey and water are fully incorporated (avoiding aggressive shaking or stirring)

What tools are needed for making cocktails/mocktails during the event?

You will need a long spoon, shaker tin, a hawthorne strainer (fine strainer), a bar knife (small sharp knife), double rocks glass, stemmed glass, jigger (or measuring spoon) and bar knife (for slicing peels).
