Rev. Jason Carson Wilson is a Black gay minister and priest — a prophetic journalist-theologian and experienced coach working at the intersection of faith and power. For nearly three decades, he has guided clergy, nonprofit leaders, advocates, and emerging changemakers through vocational discernment, institutional transition, and personal reinvention. His coaching practice blends strategic clarity with spiritual depth, helping clients align calling, capacity and courage.
